Kiertokaari Ltd is a waste management company in Oulu, Finland. Kiertokaari operates in total of 9 municipalities and serves about 280 000 people. Operations consist of information services, recycling, recovery, and versatile waste treatment. Operations are funded by waste management fees; no tax money is used.

Kiertokaari is interested in collaboration with northern waste management companies. We believe that the only way to improve circular economy is to work together. Broad consortium can develop waste management and circular economy solutions that benefit companies, people and the environment.

Kiertokaari will bring expertise in municipal waste management, provide information about the Finnish regions, as well collaborate in developing a joint development strategy for Nordic Waste Council.
