Arctic Waste Forum is a self-sufficient cross-border collaboration platform that strengthens circular economy and sustainable waste management in northern Finland, Sweden, and Norway. It enables stakeholders to solve shared challenges and create value through cooperation.

Our Mission
Arctic Waste Forum supports international cooperation on Waste and Circular Economy in Northern parts of Finland, Sweden and Norway. AWF aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, innovation, and joint action among stakeholders in Arctic waste management and circular economy, addressing the unique challenges of cold climates, sparse populations, and long transport distances.

Our Strategy:
• Foster networking and collaboration among waste and circular economy actors across borders.
• Promote the development and sharing of solutions adapted to Arctic conditions.
• Influence policy and regulation to better accommodate Arctic waste management needs.
• Provide members with access to shared knowledge, tools, and support services.
